Abstract:
Provided is a ceramic self-cleaning roller-coated panel, comprising a metal substrate layer (1), a first pretreatment passivation layer (2) covering one surface of the metal substrate layer (1), and a back paint layer (3) covering a surface of the first pretreatment passivation layer (2); and further comprising a second pretreatment passivation layer (2) covering the other surface of the metal substrate layer (1), a primer layer (4) covering a surface of the second pretreatment passivation layer (2), a finish paint layer (5) covering a surface of the primer layer (4), a ceramic self-cleaning finishing varnish layer (6) covering a surface of the finish paint layer (5), and a protective film layer (7) covering a surface of the ceramic self-cleaning finishing varnish layer (6).
