Abstract:
Provided is a ceramic structure having an identification mark in which a crack is unlikely to occur. A ceramic structure (30) comprises: a first ceramic layer (11) having a first main surface (11a) and a second main surface (11b) opposite to the first main surface (11a); and an identification mark (20) that is made of ceramic and is formed on the first main surface (11a) of the first ceramic layer (11). In the cross-section of the identification mark (20) in a direction perpendicular to the first main surface (11a), the identification mark (20) has a plurality of continuous parts (21) and non-continuous parts (22) disposed between the continuous parts (21).
