Abstract:
A ceramic tile flatness detection device, comprising a rack (1), a placement plate (2), a detection assembly (3), and a straight-line power element. The rack (1) comprises a foundation bottom plate (11) and a force bearing member (12) fixed perpendicular to the foundation bottom plate (11); the placement plate (2) is laid flat on the foundation bottom plate (11); the straight-line power element is fixed on the force bearing member (12) and drives the whole detection assembly (3) to move up and down; the detection assembly (3) comprises a detection reference plate (31) and dial gauges (32); the detection reference plate (31) is arranged in parallel right above the foundation bottom plate (11); the number of the dial gauges (32) is multiple, and the dial gauges vertically penetrate and are fixed on the detection reference plate (31). In an actual detection process, the detection reference plate (31) drags the plurality of dial gauges (32) which are in a "zeroing" state to get close synchronously relative to a ceramic tile to be detected, and flatness data of the ceramic tile can be deduced according to difference of readings of the dial gauges (32), so that compared with a conventional purely manual detection manner, the ceramic tile flatness detection device has high detection efficiency and detection precision, and lowers labor intensity of an operator.
