Abstract:
Disclosed is a ceramic tile truss robot, comprising a control assembly, a positioning assembly and a fixture assembly (3), wherein the control assembly comprises a PLC controller, and the positioning assembly comprises a servo system (2), an X-axis positioning assembly, a Y-axis positioning assembly, a Z-axis positioning assembly and a rotation positioning assembly; the PLC controller controls the change in spatial positions of the X-axis positioning assembly, the Y-axis positioning assembly, the Z-axis positioning assembly and the rotation positioning assembly by means of the servo system (2); and the rotation positioning assembly is mounted on the fixture assembly (3) to drive the fixture assembly (3) to rotate. Further disclosed is a robot walking method for a ceramic tile truss manipulator.
