[where: m satisfies 0.03 ≤ m ≤ 0.60; if 0 ≤ x, y, then x, y ≤ 0.1 and 0 ≤ x + y ≤ 0.13 are satisfied; if 0 > x and 0 ≤ y, then -0.1 ≤ x < 0 and 0 ≤ y ≤ 0.1 are satisfied; if 0 ≥ x and 0 > y, then -0.1 ≤ x, y and -0.13 ≤ x + y < 0 are satisfied; and if 0 < x and 0 > y, then 0 < x ≤ 0.1 and -0.1 ≤ y < 0 are satisfied].
