Abstract:
A cervical spine health pillow, comprising a pillow body (10), the pillow body (10) comprising a first support layer (11) and a second support layer (12). The second support layer (12) is disposed above the first support layer (11), and the hardness of the first support layer (11) is higher than that of the second support layer (12). The second support layer (12) is formed from multiple connecting blocks (122) joined together, and an air release gap is provided between two connecting blocks (122) connected to each other. The first support layer (11) and the second support layer (12) are integrally formed or attached and formed. The cervical spine health pillow effectively increases air permeability of the pillow, has certain health functions for the cervical spine, and also improves sleep quality of a user.
