Abstract:
A chain-shaped copper capillary structure and a manufacturing method therefor. The chain-shaped copper capillary structure is formed in a groove structure of a first metal sheet and used for sealing and processing the first metal sheet with a second metal sheet to form a vapor chamber element. The chain-shaped copper capillary structure comprises a plurality of tiny chain-shaped copper members. The plurality of tiny chain-shaped copper members connected with each other are formed by sintering cuprous oxide powder under an atmosphere containing hydrogen, and performing a reduction reaction and a diffusion reaction. The plurality of tiny chain-shaped copper members are three-dimensionally connected with each other so as to form the chain-shaped copper capillary structure having continuity and multiple pores. The chain-shaped copper capillary structure of the present invention is a three-dimensional structure formed of the tiny chain-shaped copper members, thereby controlling the size of the pore and a porosity, and thus greatly increasing the capillary force of the capillary structure for absorbing water in the vapor chamber element.
