A chained energy storage method and system, an energy storage power station, and an energy storage system. The method comprises: acquiring battery cell state data and past cell data (S100); selecting cascade utilization batteries according to the battery cell state data and the past cell data (S110); and reusing the cascade utilization batteries according to a planning strategy preset by an energy storage power station (S120). After selecting the cascade utilization batteries, the step of classifying the batteries according to cascade utilization value can also be comprised. By means of the technical solution, the operation of dismantling and restructuring batteries is omitted, and the initial investment for battery cascade utilization is reduced to a great extent. Moreover, in the present technical solution, the past data of battery cells are taken into consideration, and thus the cascade utilization life of batteries can be accurately estimated so as to estimate the value thereof.
