Abstract:
The present invention relates to a chair-type medical device capable of obtaining the effects of strengthening the sphincter without user effort so as to treat and prevent urological disease, benign prostatic hyperplasia of men, and urinary incontinence and cystitis of women. The chair-type medical device according to the present invention, comprises: a seat body having a seat part on which a user sits and side support parts extending upward from both sides of the seat part so as to face the outer sides of the femoral region of the user; an external pressing means arranged inside each of the side support parts such that the external pressing means reciprocates in the forward and backward directions so as to press the femoral region of the user inwardly; a knee support arranged across the front part of the seat body; two internal pressing units arranged so as to extend downward from the knee support in order to reciprocate in the left and right directions and elastically contact the inner sides of the knee parts of the user; and elastic members for applying elastic force outwardly to the internal pressing units relative to the knee support.
