Mode for the Invention

[43] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawing. The aspects and features of the present invention and methods for achieving the aspects and features will be apparent by referring to the embodiments to be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed hereinafter, but can be implemented in diverse forms. The matters defined in the description, such as the detailed construction and elements, are nothing but specific details provided to assist those of ordinary skill in the art in a comprehensive understanding of the invention, and the present invention is only defined within the scope of the appended claims. In the entire description of the present invention, the same drawing reference numerals are used for the same elements across various figures.

[44] Referring to FIG. 1, the clip 2100 includes a vertical part 2110, an upper hanging part 2120 perpendicularly extended from an upper end of the vertical part 2110 and provided with a holding part 2121 formed at its extended end; and a hook 2130 upwardly projected from side surfaces of a lower end of the vertical part 2110. Both ends of an M bar are fitted to the hook 2130 and a channel is fitted to the upper hanging part, thereby allowing them to be supported by each other. Referring to FIG. 2, the channel C is inserted into the inside of the upper hanging part 2120 and then the upper end of the channel is fitted to the 2121. When both open ends of the M bar is fitted to the hook 2130, the lower side of the channel and the upper side of the M bar is supported by contacting to each other, and the channel and the M bar are fixed while crossing each other, thereby allowing them to be installed by simple work.

[45] As shown in FIG. 5, the holding part 2121 may be rounded toward the lower part of the upper hanging part, or may be a part extended from the upper hanging part so as to surround and support the channel.

[46] In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the vertical part 2110 may further include a lower hanging part 2150 formed by cutting a portion spaced with a certain distance from the upper hanging part 2120, thereby supporting the channel fitted to the upper hanging part 2120. Thus, as shown in FIG. 4, the M bar and channel can be more strongly fixed.

[47] On the other hand, the vertical part 2110 shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 may further include an inclined part 2111 inclined in the direction opposite to the extended direction of the upper hanging part 2120. Thus, the holding part of the upper hanging

part pressurizes the upper end of the channel and the inclined part is contacted to a vertical surface of the channel and pressurizes it, thereby enhancing binding force of the channel stronger.

[48] In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, left and right faceplate hangers 2141 and 2142 for surrounding a T bar are formed by being extended from the lower end of the vertical part 2110. The left and right faceplate hangers 2141 and 2142 include a T bar joint part 2140 formed of at least one pressing part 2144 holding the T bar (not shown) by its elastic force and an insertion inclined part 2143 preventing the T bar from being loose on their surfaces facing to each other, thereby fixing inserted T bar.

[49] Referring to FIG. 7, the clip 2300 includes a vertical part 2310, an upper hanging part 2320 perpendicularly extended from an upper end of the vertical part 2310 and provided with a holding part 2321 formed at its extended end; and a T bar joint part 2330 for insertion fixing of the T bar, including left and right faceplate hangers 2331 and 2332 perpendicularly and downwardly extended from the vertical part 2310 and hooks 2333 and 2334 rounded so as to face to each other at lower ends of the left and right faceplate hangers 2331 and 2332. A pressing part 2335 is further provided between the left and right faceplate hangers 2331 and 2332 so as to prevent the T bar from being detached by pressing its upper end.

[50] On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the T bar is fitted to the left and right faceplate hangers, where a shape of an upper part of the T bar may be any one selected from O type, L type and horizontal type.

[51] As shown in FIG. 10, the pressing part 2335 further includes a lower hanging part

2340 horizontally extended toward the upper hanging part 2320 so as to be more strongly fixed to the channel by the upper hanging part 2320 and lower hanging part 2340.

[52] As shown in FIG. 11, the left and right faceplate hangers 2241 and 2242 for surrounding the T bar are formed by being extended from the lower end of the vertical part 2210. The left and right faceplate hangers 2241 and 2242 include a T bar joint part 2240 formed of at least one pressing part 2244 for holding the T bar (not shown) by its elastic force and an insertion inclined part 2243 for preventing the T bar from being loose on their surfaces facing to each other, thereby fixing inserted T bar.

[53] A channel connector according to an embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[54] Referring to FIGS. 12 and 13, the channel connector 2400 includes a vertical part

2410, upper and lower hanging parts 2420 and 2430 horizontally extended from both ends of the vertical part 2410, a barrier plate 2440 formed by vertically cutting a middle part of the vertical part 2410, and an inclined part 2411 formed by inclining an upper part of the vertical part 2410 in the direction opposite to the upper hanging part

2420, thereby fixing a carrying channel. That is, the channel C is inserted into bent parts 2421 and 2431 between the upper and lower hanging parts 2420 and 2430. In this time, the channel C is inserted from both sides of the connector. Each inserted channel moves along the vertical part and is inserted until it reaches the barrier plate 2440. Thus, end part of each channel is located in the middle of the vertical part. In this state, the bent part 2421 of the upper hanging part 2420 pulls the channel, and thus the inclined part 2411 is pressurized toward a vertical surface of the channel. Therefore, the channel is pressurized by the inclined part, thereby preventing the channel from being detached.

[55] In addition, it is desirable that the vertical part 2410 and the upper and lower hanging parts 2420 and 3430 further include at least one wedges 2412 and 2422 inwardly projected along their edge surfaces so as to prevent sliding of the carrying channel.

[56]

Industrial Applicability

[57] The channel connector and clip for finishing a ceiling can be used for saving working time and cost by simplifying various kinds of components used for finishing lightweight steel-frame ceilings so as to simplify installation process.
