Abstract:
A channel construction continuous operation device and method, the device comprising a traveling mechanism, a dumping mechanism, a conveying system, a lifting mechanism, a rotary drive and an excavating mechanism. The conveying system is connected to a bottom disc of the traveling mechanism; the dumping mechanism is located on the bottom disc; and the lifting mechanism is connected to the conveying system and the excavating mechanism. When the traveling mechanism walks, the excavating mechanism rolls soil, muck is thrown into a feeding hopper, the muck is transferred to a conveyor belt of the conveying system by means of the lifting mechanism, the conveying system transfers the muck to the dumping mechanism, and the muck is dumped, by means of the dumping mechanism, into a vehicle hopper of a transport vehicle which walks synchronously with the traveling mechanism to be carried away. The present invention overcomes the problems in which continuous excavation and continuous dumping cannot be achieved when an excavator is used in for an original open channel groove and excavation efficiency is low; in addition, the present invention has the advantages of having a simple structure, being capable of continuous rolling radial tunneling excavation and continuous dumping, has high construction efficiency, has good adaptability, and is simple and convenient to operate.
