Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure is a channel state information (CSI) measurement method, which is executed by means of a terminal. The method comprises: according to state indication information, determining a measurement resource used for measuring CSI, wherein the state indication information is at least used for indicating a period during which a space unit of a base station is turned off and/or a period during which same is turned on.
