Abstract:
The present invention relates to a charcoal-fired grill burner for roasting, the charcoal-fired grill burner being configured to comprise: a frame part forming spaces above, under, and in the center of the frame part and embodying a body; a charcoal-seating part located in the center of the frame part and generating heat; an upper roasting part for supporting an upper plate part to stably place the upper plate part at an upper part of the charcoal-seating part; a lower roasting part located under the charcoal-seating part and including a space therein to receive the heat generated by the charcoal; a first adjustment part for selectively closing the charcoal-seating part and the upper roasting part; and a second adjustment part for selectively closing the charcoal-seating part and the lower roasting part.
