Abstract:

This charge state calculation device is provided with a detection means which detects the voltage and/or the current of a battery (20), a charge state calculation means which calculates the charge state of the battery (20) from the values detected by the detection means, a full charge detection means which uses the detection means to detect full charge of the battery, a correction value calculation means which, when the full charge detection means has detected full charge of the battery (20), calculates a correction value for correcting to the 100% charge state the charge state calculated by the charge state calculation means, a correction means which corrects the charge state calculated by the charge state calculation means with the correction value, and a display means which displays the charge state corrected by the correction means, wherein the correction value calculation means updates the correction value only when the full charge detection means has detected full charge of the battery (20), and keeps said updated correction value until next time the full charge detection means detects full charge of the battery.
