Disclosed is a charging cabinet for a mobile device. The charging cabinet comprises a plurality of independent charging chambers, wherein each charging chamber is provided with a charging chamber ID and is equipped with a cabinet door with a door lock; a charging device is provided in the charging chamber; and the charging device is connected to an external power supply device. The charging cabinet for a mobile device also comprises a master control device. The master control device comprises a central control unit, a charging chamber selection device and a card-swiping device, wherein the central control unit comprises a matching storage module, a charging-chamber use state management module and an unlocking control module. According to information in an association list, the charging-chamber use state management module acquires use state data of the current charging chamber and sends same to the charging chamber selection device, and according to a charging chamber ID sent by the matching storage module, the unlocking control module sends an unlocking signal to the door lock of the corresponding charging chamber. The charging cabinet for a mobile device of the present invention is adapted to various mobile devices, provides a safe and reliable mobile device storage space, is easy for payment, and is convenient in use.
