The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technique for making a lid readily openable in a connector for charging. A charging connector (10) comprises a housing (50), a lid (80), and a locking member (87). The locking member (87) has: a to-be-supported part (87a) that is supported on a shaft (88a); and a locking part (87b) and a protrusion (87c), each of which protrudes radially outward from the to-be-supported part (87a). In the case when the locking member (87) is situated at a first position, the locking part (87b) is capable of locking onto the lid (80) that is in a closed state, and the protrusion (87c) is situated inward of a leading end of a cylindrical frame (52) of the housing (50) along the insertion/extraction direction with respect to an external charging connector. When the locking member (87) is rotated from the first position to a second position, the locking state between the locking part (87b) and the lid (80) is cancelled, and the protrusion (87c) becomes situated outward of the leading end of the cylindrical frame (52) along the insertion/extraction direction.
