Abstract:
A charging control method and system for an energy storage element, and a locomotive. The control method comprises the following steps: obtaining a real-time load energy of a load (S1); calculating, according to the real-time load energy, a target charging energy to be provided to an energy storage element (S2); and adjusting the charging energy of the energy storage element to the target charging energy (S3). Energies of different branches of an operation power supply (1) are monitored in real time, so as to monitor the variable energy of the load (3), and to control the energy utilization of the energy storage element (2) in real time, thus preventing malfunctions caused by overcurrent, reducing operational maintenance work, improving the utilization rate of the operation power supply, and increasing operating efficiency.
