Abstract:
When performing constant current charging on a secondary battery at an n-th (n is a natural number) charging rate, a charging device switches the n-th charging rate to an (n+1)-th charging rate at the same value as the SOC obtained before a minimal value occurs in the voltage change when charging an experimental battery at the n-th charging rate, said (n+1)-th charging rate having a charging rate lower than the n-th charging rate.
