Abstract:
A charging and discharging control method comprises: a receiving step (S001) for receiving a power command value for an electricity storage device; an acquisition step (S002) for acquiring a residual electricity storage amount of the electricity storage device and a target electricity storage amount as a target value for the storage amount of the electricity storage device; and a control step for controlling the charging and discharging of the electricity storage device in accordance with the power command value when receiving the power command value. In the control step, a delay time is determined in response to the difference between the target electricity storage amount and the residual electricity storage amount, and electricity storage device is controlled in accordance with the power command value when the delay time has passed after receiving the power command value (S003, S004).
