Abstract:
In order to contribute to making an electric power system more stable, this charging facility guidance system acquires the charge state of a battery of an electric vehicle. The charging facility guidance system also stores information about charging facilities disposed in a plurality of power distribution areas. The charging facility guidance system further calculates each of power tolerances for electric vehicles in the plurality of power distribution areas, and selects a charging facility within a power distribution area having a high power tolerance and transmits guidance information for this charging facility to a user of an electric vehicle of which the battery charge state satisfies a prescribed condition.
