Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a charging method, a charging system, and a communication device, allowing the implementation of user granularity charging. Specifically, a session management function network element acquires a subscription permanent identifier and a user identifier, a user corresponding to the user identifier accessing a network via a device corresponding to the subscription permanent identifier; then, requests a policy control function network element for a charging rule to which the subscription permanent identifier and the user identifier jointly correspond, the charging rule comprising a charging key value corresponding to the user identifier; and then, executes the charging rule.
