This charging port device (1) for a vehicle is provided with a charging port (3) which is disposed in a port housing recess (2), and a lid (4) which covers the port housing recess (2). In the port housing recess (2), a latch (5) is provided on the side of the charging port (3) opposite of a lid hinge (4a). If the lid (4) is closed, then a gap is formed between the vehicle body surface and the outer peripheral edge of the lid (4). A lamp (10) is provided in the interval between the latch (4a) inside of the port housing recess (2) and the gap that is on the side of the charging port (3) opposite of the lid hinge (4a), and in a position where the lamp cannot be seen from the outside when the lid (4) is closed. When the lid (4) has been closed, a light guide reflection path is formed that reflects light irradiated from the lamp (10) and guides this, as indirect light, into the aforementioned gap.
