Abstract:
A charging service providing server comprises a storage, a communication interface unit, a memory and a processor for executing instructions stored in the memory. The processor of the charging service providing server executes the instructions to receive charging service call information from an external device through the communication interface unit, analyze whether a charging service can be provided, on the basis of the received charging service call information and charging service situation information stored in the storage, transmit the analysis result to the external device through the communication interface unit, and transmit charging service work information to a charging service engineer terminal according to the analysis result.
