Abstract:
Disclosed is a charging and step-down conversion integrated chip, provided with a voltage input end, a battery connection end, a constant current charge current setting and monitoring (PROG) end, a state-of-charge indication input end, an enabling end, a feedback end, a conversion end and a ground end. The charging and step-down conversion integrated chip comprises a charging module and a step-down conversion module; the charging module comprising a voltage sampling circuit, a standard voltage circuit, a charging circuit as well as a first operational amplifier circuit and a second operational amplifier circuit; the step-down conversion module comprising a control circuit, an oblique wave compensation circuit, an actuator and a third operational amplifier circuit. The provision of the voltage input end, the battery connection end, the PROG end, the state-of-charge indication input end, the enabling end, the feedback end, the conversion end and the ground end as well as the connection between the charging module and the step-down conversion module realize the technical effect of forming an integrated chip having charging capacity and step-down conversion capacity. The integrated chip is applicable to circuit boards having a small area, and can improve the mounting efficiency and reduce the chip cost.
