Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a chemical composition able to be used as a cosmetic material achieving a superior wrinkle/crease removing effect and whitening effect, a hair repairing agent that can achieve a high repairing effect just with a single use even with respect to hair having a large degree of damage, a skin care lotion exhibiting a superior wrinkle/crease removing effect, whitening effect, sunburn prevention effect, and dermatitis amelioration effect, a highly practical hair restoration agent exhibiting a sufficient hair restoration effect in a short period of use, a perm solution having suppressed damage to head hair and adverse effects on skin, and able to effectively impart gloss, resilience, and moisture to head hair, and the like. [Solution] This chemical composition was prepared by mixing propolis, glycerol, a fragrance, amino acids (mixture of L-cysteine, L-arginine, L-tryptophan, L-lysine (hydrochloride), and L-aspartic acid), absorbent hyaluronic acid, fucoidan, and purified water at a predetermined ratio, and then mixing sufficiently.
