Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for stabilizing a power system and producing chemical energy by adjusting the frequency of a power system using a plasma reforming module. The stability of the power system can be secured by demanding the generated power in order to return, to a standard frequency, a fluctuating frequency generated due to a mismatch between a demand power and a supply power in the power system, and a useful chemical energy can be generated by driving the plasma reforming module with the generated power.
