Abstract:
A chemical fiber textile production chain anti-counterfeiting method. A chemical fiber textile production chain comprises the following stages: element master batch preparation or element mother liquor preparation, chemical fiber preparation, yarn dyeing, and textile top coating. The anti-counterfeiting method comprises separately performing anti-counterfeiting encryption on one or more stages in the chemical fiber textile production chain to obtain one or more anti-counterfeiting encrypted blocks in an anti-counterfeiting encrypted master batch or an anti-counterfeiting encrypted mother liquor, anti-counterfeiting encrypted fibers, anti-counterfeiting encrypted dyed yarns, and an anti-counterfeiting encrypted textile top coating, and performing element detection on the obtained one or more anti-counterfeiting encrypted blocks. Raw materials of the anti-counterfeiting encrypted block comprise an anti-counterfeiting tracer, the anti-counterfeiting tracer is composed of at least two types of metal oxides, and the contents of metal elements contained in various metal oxides are controlled to have a fixed feed mass ratio. The anti-counterfeiting method has both a memory tracing property and an identification function, and is high in anti-counterfeiting capability grade.
