Abstract:
This information processing device (101) joins the compound name of a known structure to a partial structure name of a compound, and creates a pseudo compound name. The information processing device (101) uses a converter (Tr) that converts a compound name into an expression representing the structure of a compound with a sequence of characters, and converts the created pseudo compound name into an expression representing the structure of the compound. The expression representing the structure of the compound with a sequence of characters is, for example, SMILES. The information processing device (101) removes the existing structure from the expression representing the converted structure of the compound, thereby generating structure information corresponding to the partial structure name.
