Abstract:
A chemical product loading and sealing device, comprising a storage tank (1). A fixed seat (2) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the storage tank (1), a bearing platform (3) is fixedly mounted on the fixed seat (2), six bearing seats (4) are fixedly mounted on the bearing platform (3), six water pipes (5) are fixedly mounted at the end of the storage tank (1) that is near the bottom, an electromagnetic valve (6) is fixedly mounted on the water pipe (5), a mounting plate (7) is fixedly mounted in the storage tank, a rotary shaft (8) is rotationally mounted on the mounting plate, six peripherally and uniformly distributed open-close levers (9) are fixedly mounted on the rotary shaft (8), an electric motor (10) is fixedly mounted in the fixed seat (2), and one end of the rotary shaft (8) passes through the storage tank (1) and is then connected to and mounted on an output shaft of the electric motor (10). The simultaneous loading of a plurality of barrels of a product can be realized by means of providing a plurality of water pipes (5) and a plurality of bearing seats (4), and the single-person supervision of the loading process of the plurality of barrels of the product can be realized by means of providing the open-close levers (9) and independent electromagnetic valves (6), thereby improving the loading efficiency; and the device is low in cost, convenient to operate and has strong practicability.
