Abstract:
A chemical raw material mixing and stirring device, comprising a fixed bottom plate (3). Supports (2) are mounted on two sides of the upper end of the fixed bottom plate (3); a mixing barrel (1) is mounted on the top ends of the supports (2); a plurality of guide rods (14) are mounted on the inner walls of the mixing barrel (1), and the other ends of the guide rods (14) are connected to a rotating cylinder (18) by means of bearing seats (17); the interior of the rotating cylinder (18) is threadedly connected to a threaded part (16) provided at the middle of a stirring shaft (12); a stirring barrel (13) is mounted at the middle of the lower end of the stirring shaft (12); the upper and lower ends of a rotating cylinder (18) are respectively provided with stirring blades (15); the bottom end of the stirring shaft (12) passes through the middle of the bottom end of the mixing barrel (1) and is connected to a lifting and lowering box (9); a rotating rod (8) is mounted inside the lifting and lowering box (9); a rotating wheel (5) is fixed at the rear end of the rotating rod (8); limiting bars (10) are mounted at two ends of the lifting and lowering box (9), and the other ends of the limiting bars (10) are slidably connected to limiting recesses (11) provided on the inner sides of the supports (2). On the one hand, in the chemical raw material mixing and stirring device, the stirring barrel moves up and down to make granular raw materials roll over inside the stirring barrel, thus preventing stratification of the raw materials, and on the other hand, the rotating cylinder performs reciprocating motion, so that the feeding direction of the chemical granular raw materials from a feeding hopper is changed.
