Title:
CHEMICAL SOLUTION SPRAYING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/235381
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a chemical solution spraying method in which, while moving a nozzle device in a reciprocating manner in a width direction, it is possible to apply a chemical solution to a surface of a canvas as evenly as possible and to make a sufficient quantity of the chemical solution remain thereon, the canvas being in contact with wet paper for a time Tc that is equal to or greater than 0.03 s. The present invention provides a chemical solution spraying method in which, while moving a nozzle device (S) in a reciprocating manner along a rail (L) extending in the width direction of a canvas (K1), a chemical solution is sprayed onto the canvas (K1), the canvas (K1) having a loop shape in a side view, wherein: the time Tc, during which the canvas (K1) is in contact with wet paper (X), is equal to or greater than 0.03 s; the time Tn, which is the amount of time the nozzle device (S) requires to complete one-way movement, is 0.2-20 min; the traveling velocity Vp of the canvas (K1) is equal to or greater than 500 m/min; the length K of the canvas (K1) is 20-80 m; a contact number N in which an arbitrary point in a surface of the canvas (K1) comes into contact with the wet paper X within the time Tn, the time Tn, the traveling velocity Vp, and the length K satisfy the relationship N=(Tn•Vp)/K; the contact number N is 50-150; and the sprayed quantity of the chemical solution is 0.1-500 mg/m2 in terms of the quantity of the active ingredient.
