Disclosed is a chemical substance concentrator which is provided with: a flow path (11) in which a gas sample containing a chemical substance flows; a first electrode (12) that is provided on a first inner wall of the flow path (11); a second electrode (13) that is provided on the first inner wall at a distance from the first electrode (12); and a conductive adsorbent (14) that is arranged so as to be in contact with the first electrode (12), the second electrode (13) and the first inner wall.
