Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a chemically strengthened glass plate having excellent yield when cutting is performed after chemical strengthening, and having excellent strength. This chemically strengthened glass plate is characterized in that the surface compression stress of the chemically strengthened glass plate is 600 MPa or higher, and that there are two types of stress patterns in the surface compression stress layer: glass-surface-side stress distribution pattern (A), and glass-inner-side stress distribution pattern (B). When each of stress pattern (A) and stress pattern (B) is approximated by a linear function, the slope SA of stress pattern (A) and the slope SB of stress pattern (B) comply with the relation SA > SB.
