Abstract:
The present invention relates to a scFv that specifically binds to EGFRvIII, which is a mutant EGFR, a CAR comprising same, and a CAR-T cell expressing same. According to the present invention, it has been confirmed that CAR-T cells expressing a CAR comprising the scFv exhibit specific killing activity against target cells expressing EGFRvIII, and exhibit a significantly excellent therapeutic effect in an animal model with induced brain cancer, and thus can be effectively used to prevent, ameliorate or treat various solid tumors expressing EGFRvIII, including brain cancer.
