Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). The CAR contains a targeting moiety, a transmembrane domain, a co-stimulatory domain and an intracellular signaling domain, wherein the targeting moiety specifically binds to variable regions Vα and Vβ of a T cell receptor (TCR) and/or fragments thereof.
