Abstract:
A patch conductor (12) exhibits a hexagonal shape in a plan view that is obtained by obliquely trimming away two corner parts (12S) of a rectangle (12R) as a whole at one side (12A) thereof, while a feeding line (11) is connected to a connection part (12X) positioned at a central portion of the side (12A). Thus, in the patch conductor (12), an oblique part (12E) that is oblique with respect to a direction X is formed between the side (12A) and an adjacent side (12C), while an oblique part (12F) that is oblique with respect to the direction X is formed between the side (12A) and an adjacent side (12D). In this way, the directivity and gain can be significantly improved and a broad-band radiation characteristic can be obtained.
