Abstract:
A chip inductor and a method for manufacturing the same. The chip inductor comprises: a pin layer; and insulation layers and metal layers sequentially and alternately arranged above the pin layer. Patterned metal structures located in the plurality of metal layers are electrically and correspondingly connected to each other so as to form a multilayered planar spiral coil structure. Two end portions of the multilayered planar spiral coil structure are electrically connected to corresponding pin structures located at the pin layer, respectively.
