Abstract:
Disclosed are a chiral aryl propionic acid derivative and a pharmaceutical composition thereof, and a use. The chiral aryl propionic acid derivative is as shown in formula (I), and the definition of each group is given in the description. The chiral aryl propionic acid derivative has antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. The compound of the present invention has high activity and can be locally administrated, a reduced dosage is expected, and adverse reactions are reduced.
