Abstract:
A chlorogenic acid-containing composition manufacturing method including a step in which coffee beans are subjected to column extraction using an aqueous solvent, wherein the coffee beans are at least one type selected from raw coffee beans, decaffeinated raw coffee beans, roasted coffee beans with an L value of 40 or greater, and decaffeinated roasted coffee beans with an L value of 25 or greater, and are at least one type selected from unground coffee beans and ground coffee beans with an average grain diameter of 2.0mm or greater.
