Abstract:
The present invention relates to a chocolate hardtack manufacturing apparatus comprising: a pair of infinite tracks rotating in opposite directions from each other; a plurality of first half trays and a plurality of second half trays provided on the respective tracks of the pair of infinite tracks, and, due to the rotation of the pair of infinite tracks, forming a combination section in which the half trays are combined with each other to make up a tray on which hardtack is seated, or forming a separation section in which the half trays are separated from each other; a hardtack supply part for supplying hardtack onto the trays; a dipping part for coating, with chocolate, at least a portion of a hardtack that has been seated on a tray by means of the hardtack supply part; and a cooling part for cooling chocolate hardtack that has been coated with chocolate by means of the dipping part.
