Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of leather processing. Disclosed is a chrome-free tanning process for eco-leather, which is characterized by using a "TWS + sodium lignin sulfonate + TWLZ" ternary tanning process system. Addition of sodium lignin sulfonate not only achieves a fixing effect on a TWS tanning agent so as to avoid detanning of TWS tanned leather under the condition of a low pH, but also can remarkably improve the distribution uniformity of a TWLZ tanning agent in leather and promote the TWLZ tanning agent to form a stable cross-linked network structure in leather collagen fibers, so that the defects of the tanning performance of an existing tanning system are effectively overcome, and leather which is uniformly and sufficiently tanned, has a high isoelectric point and high electropositivity property, has high absorptivity to a dyeing and finishing material and has a soft leather body can be produced. Therefore, leather can have a wider application range and higher quality.
