Abstract:
A circuit (100) and an apparatus for measuring a pulse-per-second signal time difference, which are applicable to the technical field of time scale detection. The circuit (100) comprises a phase discrimination unit (11), a time voltage conversion unit (12), a voltage reset unit (13) and a voltage output unit (14). An exclusive-OR operation is performed, by means of the phase discrimination unit (11), on a received reference pulse-per-second signal and a pulse-per-second signal to be measured so as to obtain a voltage conversion control signal; charging control is performed on an integral capacitor included in the time voltage conversion unit (12) by means of the time voltage conversion unit and on the basis of the voltage conversion control signal; discharging control is performed on the integral capacitor by means of the voltage reset unit (13), so as to acquire a second voltage value of a residual voltage across the integral capacitor; a first voltage value after charging of the integral capacitor is completed and a second voltage value after discharging is completed are read by means of the voltage output unit (14); and a time difference between the pulse-per-second signal to be measured and the reference pulse-per-second signal can be calculated on the basis of a difference between the first voltage value and the second voltage value. The circuit (100) has a simple structure and a relatively low cost.
