Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of imaging apparatuses. Disclosed are a circuit board assembly, a camera module, and an electronic device. The circuit board assembly comprises: a first circuit board, a second circuit board, and a plurality of flexible connecting bands; the first circuit board has a first surface and a second surface which are opposite to each other; the second circuit board has a third surface and a fourth surface which are opposite to each other, and a peripheral surface connected to the third surface and the fourth surface; the orientation of the third surface is the same as that of the first surface; the orientation of the fourth surface is the same as that of the second surface; the third surface and the fourth surface are both rectangular so as to match the shape of an image sensor; a reference surface is a plane where the first surface is located; each flexible connecting band is a flexible circuit board, and is provided with at least one bending structure for providing certain redundancy, and reducing resistance during deformation; a first end of each flexible connecting band is integrally connected to the first circuit board by means of an ACF process, and a second end of the flexible connecting band is integrally connected to the second circuit board by means of the ACF process.
