Abstract:
A circuit board welding device for an aviation apparatus, the welding device comprising a supporting platform (1), wherein the supporting platform is provided with a jacking air cylinder (2), an output end of the jacking air cylinder is connected to a mounting plate (3), the mounting plate is provided with at least one welding mechanism (4), the welding mechanism comprises a first telescopic air cylinder (401), a first mounting assembly (402), a second mounting assembly (403), a second telescopic air cylinder (404) and a welding head (405), the first telescopic air cylinder is mounted on the lower end of the mounting plate, an output end of the first telescopic air cylinder is connected to the first mounting assembly so as to drive the first mounting assembly to move in a transverse manner, the first mounting assembly is provided with the second telescopic air cylinder, and an output end of the second telescopic air cylinder is connected to the welding head. The welding device is realized on the basis of intellectualization; and the welding efficiency of a circuit board is greatly improved.
