Abstract:
The present invention provides a circuit breaker, comprising a housing, a contact system arranged in the housing, a transmission mechanism controlling the contact system, an electric motor and a drive handle driving the transmission mechanism, and a tripping mechanism; the tripping mechanism comprises a tripping shaft and a linkage piece triggering the tripping shaft; and the linkage piece is triggered by the transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism is driven to realize closing of the contact system by forward rotation of the electric motor and/or forward rotation of the drive handle, and the electric motor drives the transmission mechanism to rotate backwards to set an angle, thereby enabling the transmission mechanism to trigger the linkage piece, and enabling the tripping mechanism to move to realize opening. After an electricity meter of a user is in arrearage, a tripping mechanism is triggered to move to realize the opening after an electric motor drives a transmission mechanism to rotate backwards to set an angle; only after the transmission mechanism is enabled by the forward rotation of the electric motor to break away from a position triggering the tripping mechanism, the circuit breaker can be closed normally. Therefore, before an electric charge renewal of the user, a drive handle can automatically reset to an opening position because the tripping mechanism is in a trigger state even if the drive handle is artificially pulled to close, and the user cannot independently obtain electricity.
