The present disclosure relates to a circuit module and an electronic device. The circuit module comprises: a main circuit comprising a first voltage end and a second voltage end; a battery, the battery being connected to the first voltage end, the second voltage end being connected to a power-supplied end and a charging end of the electronic device to which the battery belongs, and at the same time, one of the charging end and the power-supplied end being in electrical conduction with the main circuit. The circuit module comprises a charging mode and a discharging mode: when the circuit module is in the charging mode, the first voltage end of the main circuit is a voltage output end while the second voltage end is a voltage input end, the charging end being in electrical conduction with the main circuit and the battery being charged; and when the circuit module is in the discharging mode, the first voltage end of the main circuit is a voltage input end and the second voltage end is a voltage output end, the power-supplied end being in electrical conduction with the main circuit, and the battery discharging.
