Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure is a circuit for sampling a target current passing through a target resistor. The circuit comprises: first and second resistors, a first operational amplifier, a first offset current injection circuit, a first current sampling circuit, and a sampled voltage output circuit. A first end of the first resistor is coupled to a first end of the target resistor. A second end of the first resistor is coupled to a first input end of the first operational amplifier. A first end of the second resistor is coupled to a second end of the target resistor. A second end of the second resistor is coupled to a second input end of the first operational amplifier. The first offset current injection circuit injects a first offset current to a non-inverting input end of the first operational amplifier. The first current sampling circuit is coupled to an output end and an inverting input end of the first operational amplifier, and generates a sampled current according to the target current and the first offset current. The sampled voltage output circuit generates a sampled voltage according to the sampled current. One of the first and second input ends of the first operational amplifier is the non-inverting input end, while the other is the inverting input end.
