Abstract:
The present invention relates to a circulative stirring apparatus for a takju cooling apparatus, which stirs by circulation takju stored in a takju storage barrel without the use of an impeller, and is configured such that: a takju cooling apparatus for cooling takju and discharging same to the outside via a nozzle has, provided therein, a takju storage barrel having inserted therein the front end of a takju transfer tube connected to the nozzle; and the takju storage barrel has a stirring apparatus installed therein, wherein: a circulation pump having, coupled thereto, an intake tube and a discharge tube so as to be able to circulate takju is provided outside the takju storage barrel; the front end of the intake tube is connected to the takju transfer tube or inserted in the takju filled in the takju storage barrel, so as to transfer the takju to the circulation pump; and the discharge tube has the front end thereof inserted in the takju filled in the takju storage barrel, so that the transferred takju is sprayed into the takju storage barrel and stirred. As such, the present invention has the effect of keeping and supplying takju in an optimal state at all times, since the circulation pump circulates takju filled in the takju storage barrel and sprays with a high pressure and stirs same, and a check valve of the intake tube is controlled by means of a controller, so that stirring is stopped when the nozzle is open, and stirring is performed when the nozzle is closed. In addition, the present invention has a further economical advantage as a result of making an improvement whereby takju is stirred with a simple configuration and minimal costs.
