Abstract:
Provided is a clamp device having a simple configuration comprising a plurality of detection valves for detecting an operation state. A piston rod 10 is provided within a housing 1 so as to be capable of moving vertically. A first detection valve 62 is provided to a first flow path 61 through which flows compressed air for detection, the first flow path 61 being formed within the housing 1. A valve member 63 of the first detection valve 62 is manipulated by a manipulation part 69 provided so as to project radially from the outer peripheral wall of the piston rod 17. A second detection valve 80 is provided to a second flow path 79 through which flows compressed air for detection, the second flow path 79 being formed within the housing 1. A valve surface 85 of the second detection valve 80 formed on the manipulation part 69 is capable of engaging with a valve seat 84 formed within the housing 1.
