Abstract:
A clamping device and a battery pack having the same. The clamping device comprises a mounting body, a rotation adjustment member and an elastic deformation body. The mounting body is provided with a first clamping surface and a first threaded portion, the rotation adjustment member is provided with a second clamping surface and a second threaded portion matched with the first threaded portion, and the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface can adjust the size under the cooperation of the first threaded portion and the second threaded portion. The elastic deformation body is at least partially clamped between the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface, and when the size between the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface is reduced, the size of the elastic deformation body in a second direction is increased.
